“ Topaze is the place to go on a Friday night for great food, delicious cocktails and good live entertainment. The service has been greatly improved. Our server Ali was excellent! She was professional, friendly and attentive. She anticipated our every need and was on it. Now for the delicious food and drinks. My go to at Topaze is the oxtails with baked macaroni and cheese and carrot salad. It's consistently great. I ordered the Sorrel Margarita it was delicious. My husband had the oxtails with rice and peas and fried plantains, his cocktail was the mango martini he thoroughly enjoyed. Our guest ordered the jerk chicken with streamed vegetables and fried plantains also with the mango martini. The live entertainment was a pleasant surprise to us and made the evening more enjoyable. ”
“ When you walk in there's a section to order directly then next to it is the restaurant where you can sit down and eat with a bar. I do believe on certain nights they play live music. Oxtail rasta pasta was great. Pasta was nice and creamy and the oxtail was very flavorful. The meat on the oxtail was generous. The rum punch was amazing! They actually use authentic Jamaican rum, Wray and Nephews (the best rum you'll ever have). Service was slow. I went with someone who's been here before and they informed me that you are able to make adjustments to your dish. When we requested to add to the rasta pasta the waitress said no. They did admit they were new so that might have been the reason they didn't allow for adjustments. Overall good place. ”
